As announced by Jabil Inc. in a regulatory filing published on Thursday, April 18, 2024, Kenneth S. (Kenny) Wilson has left his post as chief executive officer at the electronics contract manufacturer, after about a year in the role, effective April 15, 2024.
Kenny Wilson’s duties as CEO will be taken over temporarily by Michael Dastoor, previously Chief Financial Officer at Jabil Inc., as interim Chief Executive Officer.

Jabil stated: “On April 15, 2024, Mr. Kenneth S. Wilson, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Jabil Inc. …, was placed on a paid leave pending completion of an investigation related to corporate policies. The conduct that prompted this review does not relate to, and does not impact, the Company’s financial statements or financial reporting.”
Share price increase since May 2023
The announcement follows an increase in Jabil Inc.’s share price of 63% since May 2023. May 2023 is the month in which Wilson’s tenure as CEO began.
