As announced by Sprout Social Inc. in a news release and in a regulatory filing published on Monday, April 15, 2024, Justyn Howard leaves his post as chief executive officer at the provider of cloud-based social media management software, after almost 15 years in the role, effective October 1, 2024.

Justyn Howard’s duties as CEO will be taken over by Ryan Barretto, currently President at Sprout Social Inc.

Justyn Howard became CEO of the Company in 2010.
