As announced by Republic First Bancorp Inc. in a news release published on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 and in a regulatory filing published on Friday, February 26, 2021, Harry D. Madonna leaves his post as chief executive officer at the parent company of Republic Bank after 20 years in the role.
