Seth Birnbaum’s duties as CEO will be taken over by Jayme Mendal, most recently President of EverQuote Inc.

Seth Birnbaum became CEO of the Company in 2010.
Seth Birnbaum, one of the Company’s co-founders, has served as the Company’s president, chief executive officer and a member of the Company’s board of directors since September 2010.
Previously, Birnbaum co-founded Digital Guardian, Inc., a data security company, in 2003, where he served as a member of the board of directors and as chief executive officer until October 2010.
In 1996, he co-founded NeoGenesis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he served as vice president of systems engineering until 2003.
