As announced by Cable One, Inc. in a news release and in a regulatory filing published on Monday, April 2, 2018, Kevin P. Coyle, Chief Financial Officer, leaves the cable service provider after about three years in the position, effective in early 2019.
Among the 3,000 largest publicly held companies incorporated in the U.S. based on market capitalization, the average tenure of the CFOs who departed over the past 12 months was 6.2 years, according to data compiled by exechange.
Coyle’s move comes 15 months after Julia M. Laulis took over as CEO of Cable One, Inc.
Furthermore, Coyle’s move comes three months after Julia M. Laulis took over as Chairman of Cable One, Inc.
Cable One will undertake a search for a successor.

In the announcement, Cable One did not explicitly explain the reason for Coyle’s move, opening the door for speculation.
